About this site

How we check Springbok's games, codes and terms

Reelveld is an independent guide to the Springbok Casino games lobby, run as an affiliate site. Every count, code and rule on it is read from Springbok's own public pages or its logged-out lobby and stored with its source and the date it was read.

Who runs this site

Reelveld is an independent publisher operating springbok.casino. It is not Springbok Casino, and it is not Springbok's support desk. We earn a commission when visitors join Springbok through our links; the advertising disclosure explains how.

Pages carry the site's name rather than a writer's byline. What you rely on here is the source behind each fact, so that is what every page shows: a source chip beside the fact, a sources list at the end and a visible "last checked" date.

Where the facts come from

  • The game lobby, logged out. Tab counts, game lists, release dates and the specs printed on each game tile. We read it the way any visitor can. Apart from opening games in practice mode to read their pay tables and rules screens, we do not play, deposit or test games.
  • The promotions page. Coupon codes, offer sizes and stated caps.
  • The terms and conditions (version 1.6, effective 4 March 2026). Wagering, cash-out caps, the maximum bet with a bonus and which games count.
  • Springbok's articles, game reviews and press releases. Useful, but marketing, so anything taken only from them is labelled as Springbok's claim.
  • For help lines: the South African Responsible Gambling Foundation, which runs the NRGP counselling line, and SADAG for its crisis line.

How each fact is labelled

Facts carry a chip with their status and check date. Checked means Springbok's terms, promotions page, banking pages or lobby state it. Springbok's claim means it appears only in Springbok's marketing copy. Sources disagree means Springbok's own pages contradict each other, and we show both sides instead of picking one. A live example, on the no-deposit chip's cash-out cap:

Springbok's promotions page and T&Cs cap it at R1,250; several older Springbok pages still say R500. Sources disagree · 9 Oct 2026

On slot spec sheets, lines from the lobby tile are listed separately from figures that only Springbok's game reviews give, such as an RTP or a top award. When the lobby and a review disagree on volatility, the spec sheet leaves it out rather than guess; when they disagree on the studio, it shows the lobby's label and says that the review names another.

What we will not publish

  • No ratings, scores or stars of any kind.
  • No jackpot amounts, winner feeds or "someone just won" messages.
  • No promises about payout speed or about winning, and nothing that presents gambling as a way to make money.
  • No invented players, reviews or testimonials, and no claims that we played or deposited.
  • No codes we cannot source, and nothing aimed at anyone under 18.

Offers that end

Time-limited codes are stored with their end date. When that date passes, the code is removed from every page and the welcome package takes its place. Codes Springbok has retired are never shown as current.

Corrections

Springbok changes its pages, and we will sometimes be behind. If something here no longer matches Springbok's current page, email us with the page and, if you can, a link to the newer information:

hello@springbok.casino

We re-check the point against Springbok's own page, fix it, and the page's "last checked" date moves with it.
